Job Description
Reporting to the Electrical Department Supervisor the Clicensed electrician in this position will install repair and maintain electrical and automation systems.
- Maintain property and equipment under his/her jurisdiction in good condition in accordance with the Quebec Electrical Code;
- Identify investigate and diagnose equipment failures irregularities and malfunctions and apply corrective measures promptly;
- Promote and suggest ways to improve productivity and quality.
- Follow calibration methods and procedures;
- Carry out preventive maintenance safety items and work required by production for the smooth running of the operation;
- Keep work areas clean and safe.
Qualifications :
- DEP in Electricity;
- C license;
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing and/or heavy industry;
Additional Information :
- Overtime paid at time and a half;
- Fulltime permanent position
