CEDA is looking for a temporary Health Safety & Environment Administrator for our Edmonton AB location!

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Track and maintain monthly regional statistical data
- Support data entry for regional safety statistics meetings incident tracking training records inspections observations hazard IDs FLHAs etc.
- Assist in month end statistic reports
- Assist in the implementation of HSE policies procedures and guidelines
- Ensure training and documentation systems are maintained current and accurate
- File and maintain all HSE related documentation
- Work with HSE team members to support and achieve department goals
Role Specifications
- Minimum Grade 12 education related administrative support certificate considered an asset
- 2 years experience related role
- Strong computer skills experience with Microsoft Suite of products

- Strong organization prioritization skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work with limited supervision in a team environment
- You have the capacity to problem solve and thrive in high pressure situations
