Regular
Responsible for all production activities for Assembly
Testing Packing of Electronic Control Units
Resource planning for production requirements
(manpower consumables)
Leading Implementation of System CIP projects as
identified inVS area
Implementing approaches for KPI deliverables as
given below (ex. Shopfloor Management Cycle)
Quality approaches (ex. QAM 14 QP) and
improvements on production lines
Cost reduction projects in production area
Leading CFT / team member for Q C D S M issues
with TEF CLP HRL LOG etc.
Development of skill & competency in Shop floor
leadership levels through coaching
Lead problem solving topics with Q tools ( A3 PSS 8D 5y )
Periodic
Business Plan inputs (annual basis ) for Budget and headcount planning
Head count planning based on volume forecast
Support for Line capacity planning based on volume
forecast
Reporting of production KPIs
Layered Process Confirmation
Inventory control and update confirmations
Occasional
Coordination and preparation for visits to production
lines from Customer / RB/etc
Strategic planning and coordination in IPN Benchmarking
unit/plant targets
Active support in special projects relocation project parallel release of product in IPN
