Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Manage Organizational Development and Communication projects specifically those related to Organizational Strategy Change and Transformation Management Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement in indirect areas;
- Project management from planning to implementation specifically including goal setting stakeholders management workshop facilitation and impact measurement;
- Management of communication content including the production of content and storytelling through writing audio video and organizing virtual and/or inperson events.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Degree in Communication Sciences (or equivalent);
- Strong competence in creating communication content (written and video including storytelling);
- Proficiency in audiovisual software (specifically Adobe Premiere Pro) and design tools;
- Professional experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of online/virtual communication tools and platforms;
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
- Resultsoriented proactive and autonomous;
- Flexibility and aptitude for diverse tasks;
- Good planning skills.
