Job Description
Como Fieldwork Specialist sers una pieza clave en el xito de los proyectos gestionando encuestas estrategias de cumplimiento y comunicacin directa con clientes.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Setear en nuestras plataformas el link de la encuesta programa por el cliente y testearlo para comprobar que funciona de manera correcta
- Definir una estrategia que permita lograr las cuotas comprometidas en tiempo y forma
- Supervisar el avance y cumplimiento de la distribucin de cuotas comprometidas
- Envo de costes finales al cliente en base a las mtricas reales en campo
- Realizacin del borrador de la factura
- Resolver incidencias en tiempo real para garantizar el xito del proyecto.
- Comunicacin directa por email o por telfono con el cliente de inicio a fin del proyecto (desde el alta hasta la facturacin)
Qualifications :
Experiencia:
- Mnimo 1 ao de experiencia en atencin al cliente sin importar el rubro (Obligatorio)
Conocimientos:
- Profesional o tcnico en Administracin de Empresas Marketing Sociologa o carreras afines
- Manejo intermedio de Excel
- Familiaridad con herramientas de comunicacin online
Habilidades:
- Excelentes habilidades de organizacin y gestin del tiempo.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera autnoma y eficiente.
- Comunicacin efectiva y habilidades interpersonales.
- Adaptabilidad a entornos dinmicos y trabajo en equipo.
Idiomas:
- Espaol (nivel avanzado o nativo).
- Ingls (nivel intermedio o superior es un plus)
Additional Information :
Condiciones laborales
- Modalidad: Hbrida (2 das desde la oficina 3 das desde casa)
- Horario: de 10 a 19 hrs. Con disponibilidad para trabajar algunos festivos de manera voluntaria (los cuales son compensados econmicamente y se da un da libre)
