We are looking for a motivated individual to join our implementation team supporting clients in adopting Simpplr a modern employee intranet solution. In this role youll assist customers during the implementation phase by setting up and configuring accounts troubleshooting technical issues and supporting integrations with external storage and thirdparty applications.
This role is a great fit for those with a background in integration and an interest in working with a fastpaced growing SaaS company. Strong communication skills and empathy for customers are key as youll provide technical guidance and direction.
Responsibilities:
- Research troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues experienced by customers during implementation
- Promptly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Work with internal Engineering and Product Management teams in resolution of issues and providing input on product enhancements
- Logging and responding to issues using appropriate management tools (Jira and Zendesk)
- Build positive and empathetic relations with customers
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Provide technical guidance and direction & serve as a trusted advisor by providing recommendations and sharing best practices
Qualifications :
- Ideally at least 1 year of experience working for a SaaS company in a technical role (but were open to techsavvy candidates with a strong technical foundation and a willingness to learn quickly)
- Familiarity with Salesforce applications or platforms would be an advantage.
- Experience with enterprise software implementation is beneficial.
- Familiarity with SSO (Entra ID Okta Google etc.) and 3rd party integrations for document management (Google Drive SharePoint) messaging (Slack Teams) HRIS (Active Directory UKG Pro ADP etc.)
- Technical support or troubleshooting experience would be valuable.
- Basic familiarity with APIs and HTML is a plus.
- Since this is a customerfacing role experience working with customers is highly valued.
- Working hours require some flexibility to occasionally accommodate support for our EU and USbased clients across different time zones
- Strong English skills are essential as all communication and documentation are conducted in English.
