Job Description
- Develop new logistics processes and implement them in daily operations.
- Onboard new service providers in our 3rdparty logistics and enhance our inhouse capacities.
- Play a crucial role in negotiating logistics contracts.
- Manage daytoday logistics for our brands Wir Kaufen Dein Auto and Autohero across the entire German market.
- Address capacity bottlenecks in our transport and storage network.
- Lead and develop your team members.
- In this position you will report directly to our Director of Consumer Logistics Europe.
Qualifications :
- German at C1 level English at least at B2 level.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in logistics or a dynamic startup environment.
- Initial leadership experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners at all hierarchical levels particularly in contract negotiations.
- Ability to manage multiple operational and tactical challenges under time pressure.
