Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in commissioning and system startup activities ensuring seamless integration and operational success. This position requires a proactive individual capable of managing complex interfaces and delivering highquality commissioning results while maintaining safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and Interface Management:
- Collaborate with site management and erection teams to prepare systems for commissioning (STOC).
- Interface with the owners operation team for system handover and permits.
- Commissioning Execution:
- Analyze commissioning procedures and identify required interfaces.
- Verify technical prerequisites safety requirements and test equipment availability.
- Detect risks and propose solutions to ensure a secure commissioning process.
- Perform tests to validate system functionality and ensure compliance.
- Reporting and Quality Assurance:
- Prepare commissioning reports and document progress.
- Report issues and updates to the commissioning team leader.
- Ensure adherence to safety environmental and quality standards.
- Apply the Owners quality system for commissioning documentation (test procedures anomaly reports supplier evaluations etc.).
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Control Systems Engineering Power Engineering or Energy Systems Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years in commissioning activities.
- Experience in Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) projects is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English (spoken read and written).
- Proficiency in Russian Uzbek or Chinese (spoken and read) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with commissioning documentation and reporting standards.
