Senior HVAC Engineer
Location: Warrington

What Youll Be Doing:
Support HVAC Projects: Contribute to designing new HVAC systems or upgrading existing ones ensuring efficiency and safety.
Collaborative Design: Work alongside a small closeknit team of engineers to hit key project milestones and goals.
Manage Multiple Projects: Balance various projects at once prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
Documentation Excellence: Develop essential multidiscipline design documents such as Project Requirement Documents Basis of Design and Quality Plans.
Independent Planning: Take ownership of planning and executing HVAC projects with minimal supervision.
Deliverables Creation: Produce essential HVAC deliverables from technical reports to engineering drawings and building services calculations.
Review & Check: Verify the design and deliverables of other senior mechanical designers to ensure quality and accuracy.
Estimation & Scheduling: Provide estimates for scope changes and additional works while managing project timelines.
Design Reviews: Support design review processes to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
Compliance Documentation: Create detailed reports and documentation to ensure compliance with CDM requirements.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with integrated design teams systems engineers and other project functions to achieve seamless project delivery.
This role is essential for delivering highquality HVAC solutions and your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of energyefficient infrastructure.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering with proven HVAC design experience.
Chartership: Ideally chartered or working towards chartership.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK regulations is a must!
Nuclear Expertise: Knowledge of nuclear standards and site procedures is a plus.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Visio PowerPoint Outlook etc.).
Proactive Attitude: Selfdriven with a passion for owning your work and delivering results.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Report Writing: Strong writing skills to clearly document project findings and recommendations.
Deadline Focused: Comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
