Job Description
Reporting and Analytics Leadership
Role Summary : The reporting and analytics lead ensures that products services offerings and processes are properly instrumented to enable decisionmaking and insightsgathering from a business perspective. This allows leaders to evaluate and compare performance of services and offerings against stated goals / KPIs as well as against other services and offerings. It also allows process owners and managers to focus their efforts / attention on areas of the business that are operating outside of normal parameters or have the highest potential of moving the needle to achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with BPC Intake and business stakeholders to identify KPIs and metrics to measure the overall performance of services offerings and products
- Determine which KPIs may be instrumented based on data available on platform or accessible via integration
- Establish integrations to feed / consume data for reporting
- Instrument key result targets for automated reporting and rollup for OKRs
- Build dashboards for business users and mentor power users in organizations to maintain and evolve reports and dashboards
- Promote consistency in reporting across GLD
- Build out performance analytics as appropriate to monitor trends and connect those within Digital Portfolio Management to allow us to run the GLD business from the GLD instance
- Partner with service offering owners and product owners to build / refine KPIs and reporting
- Establish regular practices and cadences to review and validate businesscritical reports
- Partner with analytics teams outside of GLD to ensure standards alignment and appropriate data sharing
Qualifications :
- ServiceNow Certifications:
- Certified System Administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist Performance Analytics (preferred)
- Degree in Data Analytics or relevant equivalent experience
