Job Description
Are you looking for a permanent position with planning security in which you can use your Italian skills At SIXT youll get that and much more as a Roadside Assistance Agent (m/f/d). As our fleet grows so does the number of damages and accidents. Together with your colleagues in Lisbon youll be the first point of contact for our Italian customers.
Your primary task will be to use your organizational skills and empathy to provide immediate assistance and ensure our customers feel secure. If you enjoy supporting customers via phone and email and are seeking a role with responsibility and development opportunities in a modern dynamic company SIXT is the right place for you. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You handle incoming damage and breakdown reports from our customers over the phone
- You independently coordinate all necessary measures such as arranging for towing services
- You organize replacement vehicles
- You forward breakdown cases to manufacturers
- You assist customers with any related inquiries
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You have a passion for inbound telephone service and customer support
- You are an excellent communicator and very customeroriented
- You have a helper syndrome and stay calm when dealing with stressed customers
- You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team maintaining our quality standards even during busy seasonal periods
- You are proficient with common MS Office programs
- You speak Italian at a native level and have good English skills (well gladly teach you automotive vocabulary)
- You are willing to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and up to twice a month on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
