Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of AIdriven solutions. Youll work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers data scientists and business stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time within scope and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Plan execute and deliver AIfocused projects ensuring they align with business goals.
- Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources mitigating risks along the way.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams (e.g. developers data scientists) and nontechnical stakeholders including client teams.
- Monitor project progress and performance ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and resolve project issues promptly escalating when necessary.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative project environment driving team motivation.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends in AI and integrate best practices into project workflows.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in project management preferably software development.
- and in technology or AIrelated projects is a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum or Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with AI concepts tools or technologies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Trello MS Project).
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Project Management certification is a plus.
