Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Employee to join our local team in Antwerp. As part of the BeNeLuxGermany team you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and customers. You will work within a small dynamic team where selfsufficiency and initiative are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily backoffice duties including order processing customer inquiries and administrative tasks.
- Support and execute sales activities including upselling and crossselling to customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers ensuring professional and efficient communication
- Maintain accurate customer records and handle data entry.
- Collaborate with the broader team to achieve operational and sales goals.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Dutch French and English (both written and spoken).
- Prior experience in the TIC (Testing Inspection and Certification) industry or commodities business is a strong advantage.
- Highly selfsufficient and proactive capable of working independently in a small team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A customerfocused mindset with excellent communication taking ownership and problemsolving skills.
- Integrity is a core value ensuring professionalism reliability and trustworthiness in all interactions.
