As the Head Instagram Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple Instagram accounts ensuring consistent growth engagement and brand alignment across all client profiles.
You will lead the strategic development and execution of content plans coordinate with internal teams and directly communicate with clients to deliver toptier Instagram marketing services.
Responsibilities:
Instagram Account Management: Oversee the management of multiple Instagram accounts including content scheduling posting and optimizing performance for each account.
Content Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement content plans tailored to each clients brand including Reels Stories/Highlights and photo posts.
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide assistant managers ensuring they meet their goals and deliverables. Provide training and support as needed.
Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients understanding their needs and ensuring their Instagram presence aligns with their overall branding and marketing objectives.
Analytics and Reporting: Track account performance analyze key metrics and prepare weekly reports on growth engagement and other relevant KPIs. Use insights to inform strategy and optimize content.
Community Engagement: Nurture and grow the followers and community for each account ensuring high levels of engagement and brand loyalty.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative director editing team and other departments to ensure cohesive content production and brand messaging.
Market and Trend Research: Stay uptodate with the latest Instagram trends algorithms and best practices to ensure accounts remain competitive and innovative.
DaytoDay Tasks:
Managing daily operations for multiple Instagram accounts including scheduling posting and monitoring performance.
Overseeing content creation and collaborating with the creative team to ensure content meets brand standards.
Conducting regular meetings with clients to discuss strategy updates and performance.
Analyzing account metrics and compiling weekly performance reports.
Mentoring and assisting assistant managers ensuring they stay on track with their tasks and goals
Conducting market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
Communicating with the companys directors to provide updates and discuss strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Account Growth: Increase in follower count across all managed accounts.
Engagement Rate: High levels of engagement on posts stories and other content.
Content Performance: Success of content as measured by likes shares comments and views.
Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback from clients regarding account management and strategy.
Community Growth: Increase in community interactions and follower loyalty.
Timeliness and Accuracy: Adherence to content schedules and prompt reporting with accurate data.
Skills Required:
Indepth knowledge of social media platforms particularly Instagram and TikTok.
Proven experience in social media management and community building.
Strong personal brand strategy development skills.
Excellent organizational and management skills.
Ability to conduct market and trend research effectively.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
Native English speaker or exceptional proficiency in English.
Experience working in a team or agency environment.
Some experience working with influencers or managing personal brands.
Bonus: Experience with meme/theme page marketing and Instagram promotional marketing strategies.
