About You
As a service management professional you play a crucial role in our overall customer success management. Youll be an essential part of our delivery process from planning during the sales phase to managing delivery. Youll also take care of our customers coordinate development issues with them and our team and ensure service management and customer success are at the heart of your daily activities.
This role involves working closely with various stakeholders. While the work can be smooth sailing at times there will be moments of rougher waters. But dont worrywe never freeze! By asking for support and handling even the most challenging issues professionally youll navigate through any situation. Systematic and organized ways of working will propel you forward ensuring that both the big picture and the smaller important details are managed effectively.
