Senior CRO Manager
Theyre seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization rockstar obsessed with smashing benchmarks. If you live for A/B tests bold experiments and funnel mastery this is your playground. Youll have the freedom to shape strategy execute impactful tests and drive conversion rates across every user touchpoint.
What Youll Do:
- Own and execute CRO strategies endtoend: testing analysis and optimization.
- Design highimpact experiments in Figma and implement them handson.
- Collaborate across teams to perfect user journeys and postpurchase upsells.
- Build an elite CRO unit by identifying gaps and recommending new hires.
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years in CRO and 5 years in marketing ideally with DTC experience.
- Proven ability to boost CVR and AOV through innovative testing.
- Proficient in Figma UX research and data analysis (bonus if CLX certified!).
- Resultsdriven creative and relentless in breaking industry norms.
