Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Handle prospect inquiries and inbound calls with warmth and professionalism to explain the components of our lending program and gather prospect information
- Prospect Underwriting: Follow established policies and procedures to gather and evaluate potential clients real estate investing experience and financial documents
- Data Management: Maintain and update client information in our systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordination: Organize and schedule events meetings and tasks ensuring all details are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support organizational goals fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
