Societ di ecommerce ricerca figura da inserire come impiegato/a addetto/a allassistenza clienti.
I suoi compiti principali saranno:
gestione delle richieste tramite i nostri canali online e tramite posta elettronica
risposta al telefono e assistenza telefonica
risoluzione problematiche
Le caratteristiche ideali:
utilizzo del pc
buone doti comunicative
Viene offerto :
un contratto full time inizialmente di 6 mesi determinato
ma finalizzato allassunzione permanente in azienda.
