About the role
The Country Manager for Croatia andSloveniais responsible to achieve our commercial goals in their area of responsibility in accordance with BYD brand positioning and company Culture. We want to create great customer experiences and provide a best in class level of customer service to turn customers into loyal customers and ambassadors. The country manager will also be the responsible to identify new business opportunities within their countries and lead the efforts to turn them into reality.
The Country Manager reports directly to the EU Passenger Car Sales Director.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
- Achieve the commercial goals for the countries of responsibility.
- Lead & Supervise the execution of our commercial policies to create great customer experiences in all channels.
- Manage business growth in an omnichannel environment keeping always final customer in mind.
- Build a strong relation with our Dealer Plus Partners and teamwork to achieve the agreed goals.
- Establish the commercial goals for our Dealer Plus Partners and supervise the network commercial funnel performance and CSAT indicators while providing improvement plans and share best practices.
- Manage the forecast to Order process with our production planning and logistics team.
- Build and Develop the relation with key industry partners.
- Recruit Coach and Motivate BYD country team.
- Develop Talent and actively lead Performance Improvement Plans.
- Provide relevant market insights and customer feedback and channel internally.

Required skills qualifications and experience
- 12years of overall working experience with at least 3 years as country manager or sales manager in automotive technology or branded consumer goods products.
- Experience on Dealer Management.
- Customeroriented mindset.
- Excellent people management communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
- Resilient and open minded.
- Excellent English and local language skills (Mandarin Chinese or other European languages would be a plus).
- Thorough knowledge of commercial management software and digital tools.

- Educational background in business administration or related technical field.
