Key Responsibilities

- Design smooth and logical conversation flows to foster engaging and userfriendly interactions.
- Contribute to the development of our speech system by creating dialogues on a range of topics including sensitive or controversial subjects.
- Review and analyze written content to verify factual accuracy and adherence to style standards.
- Generate innovative prompt ideas and evaluate responses for clarity relevance and quality.
- Ensure content tone aligns with the brands voice and appeals to the target audience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Nativelevel or fluent proficiency in Japanese or Korean (C1 level) along with English fluency (B2 level).
- Exceptional command of language grammar and style with the ability to craft clear engaging and polished prompts.
- A creative mindset capable of developing original prompts and scenarios that captivate users.
- Expertise in analyzing user feedback and data to refine prompts and enhance conversation flows.
- Selfdriven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas and present them clearly and effectively.
- Comfortable working with potentially sensitive or challenging content.
