Are you a dynamic and experienced leader with a passion for jewelry My client a brandnew familyoriented jewelry boutique in Rotterdam is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead their team and store. If you have a proven track record in retail management a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the desire to be part of a company that values its employees we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a small dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth and efficient store management
- Create a welcoming and inspiring environment for both customers and staff
- Drive sales and contribute to the growth and success of the boutique
- Manage inventory store displays and ensure the store is wellmaintained
- Foster a positive teamoriented culture and promote professional development for team members
