Warehouse Staff
Summary
A Japanese logistics company is seeking a Warehouse Staff member to support its logistics operations. This role involves handling inbound and outbound shipments managing inventory and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations attention to detail and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable but not required.
Essential Duties
Monday Friday; 9:00 18:00 (OT may be required)
OnSite (in an office setting with occasional time in the warehouse or outdoors.)

Torrance CA
Salary/Benefit
$20 $22/hour
Saturdays Sundays and major US Holidays

Essential Duties
- Receive unload and inspect incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition.
- Pick pack and label goods for outbound shipments according to client and company standards.
- Organize and maintain inventory ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
- Assist in preparing shipping documents such as bills of lading and packing lists.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments.
- Coordinate with freight forwarding teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse environment by following safety protocols.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic English reading writing and arithmetic skills are necessary.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification is a plus).
- Familiarity with freight forwarding or logistics documentation is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Teamoriented with excellent communication skills.
