Product Owner - Search Discovery mfd

Your mission

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a datadriven strategy for the Find & Select domain focusing on international expansion customer retention and platform standardization. Define KPIs and prioritize features to align with business goals
• CustomerCentricity: Develop userfocused solutions using Design Thinking methodologies and collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive visually appealing interfaces
• Testing and Analytics: Implement testing frameworks (e.g. A/B testing) and leverage analytics to optimize performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaboration and Lateral Leadership: Partner with crossfunctional teams including backend Apps Pricing and Marketing to ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey
• Technical Expertise: Drive the transition to SaaS ecommerce platform ensuring smooth integration and scalability and manage technical requirements for key features like search and recommendations
• Ecommerce Optimization: Oversee critical ecommerce functionalities including product discovery search and cart management ensuring they meet localization and compliance needs
• Growth Support: Collaborate with marketing to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized experiences and datadriven strategies

Your profile

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner Product Manager or in a similar role preferably within the ecommerce sector
• Strategic Capability: Ability to align product strategies with business goals particularly for internationalization customer retention and migration to standardized ecommerce platforms with a strong understanding of the European ecommerce landscape
• Technical Expertise: Experience in ecommerce product development particularly search functionalities and personalization. Familiarity with SaaS eCommerce platforms backend and service integrations (e.g. PIM recommendation engines) and datadriven decisionmaking
• Methodological Proficiency: Skilled in agile methodologies and testing frameworks with experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities with experience in leading and motivating crossfunctional teams without direct authority
• Analytical Acumen: Expertise in utilizing analytics tools to inform decisions and assess performance
• CustomerFocused Approach: Ability to apply Design Thinking and usercentric methodologies to create innovative solutions that address customer needs and pain points
