Tasks
As a Test Manager C2I you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and success of cuttingedge ICT projects. Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading factory and site acceptance tests coordinating and monitoring test activities
- Creating comprehensive test plans methods and processes
- Assessing compliance with quality management standards and overseeing outsourced/offshored testing efforts
- Managing the implementation and configuration of test environments
- Allocating test resources defining roles and supporting testing activities
- Establishing and maintaining configuration management for test equipment
- Budgeting test efforts and resources
- Introducing metrics to track test progress and evaluate quality including preparing test completion reports
- Assisting with troubleshooting and promoting continuous improvement
- Driving goaloriented action fostering innovation and enhancing the feedback culture in customerintegrated processes
Requirements
- Higher education in computer science or relevant technical expertise with strong Java and C# skills
- Experience in agile software development and testing methodologies
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Client/Server Azure DevOps) .NET Framework (C#) and Visual Studio
- A structured organized approach with a cando attitude
- Strong quality awareness assertiveness and professional communication
- Fluency in German (French and English are advantageous)
