(Senior) Data Protection Consultant (m/f/d)

WHAT YOULL DO
- Shape the development of the Oetker Groupwide data protection team and contribute to all tasks of our Group Data Protection Officer
- Provide legal advice to data protection coordinators and business divisions of all Oetker Group companies in particular about applying Data Protection legislation (such as the GDPR and ePrivacy Directive) in a datadriven environment
- Act as a sparring partner for other data protection experts throughout the Oetker Group and share your expertise with them
- Support our group companies with guidelines recommendations and your expertise.
- Develop and maintain the Oetker Groups data protection management system
- Foster groupwide collaboration and establish a culture of compliance
- Administrate legal management systems such as our data protection risk management systems
WHAT YOULL BRING
- A university degree in Law (Rechtswissenschaften Wirtschaftsrecht or similar) with 2 years of work experience in data protection
- Strong understanding of data protection law common contractual situations (such as Data Processing Agreements) and experience with datarelated (legal) questions
- A high affinity for ITrelated topics and ways of working
- Cando attitude and ability to work with stakeholders from different business backgrounds and corporate cultures.
- Communication collaboration presentation and moderation skills. In particular explaining legal concepts to nonlegal teams should be one of your strengths
- Fluent in German and English
- A huge plus but optional:
- Gained insights in the FMCG industry
- Relevant certifications such as CIPP/E CIPM or similar
