Job Description

A wellknown European Leader of Sanitary Technologies operating within 50 countries and with 150 years in the industry is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Senior IT Application Manager for the CRM Sales Application.

This is your chance to take charge of the full life cycle of a globally utilized MS Dynamics CRM Sales application work in an agile environment and be at the forefront of sales process innovation. Join a team that values collaboration innovation and performance.

Tasks

As the Senior IT Application Manager CRM youll be the cornerstone of CRM excellence! Youll have the opportunity to:

  • Manage the complete life cycle of the MS Dynamics CRM Sales application ensuring it meets the needs of an international user base.
  • Lead agile requirements and project management alongside product managers in sales.
  • Design and consult on innovative CRM solutions to enhance sales processes.
  • Oversee the implementation of change requests and swiftly resolve any bugs.
  • Act as the internal expert for the CRM system collaborating closely with specialist departments and contributing to quality assurance as a vital member of the Scrum team.

Requirements

  • A degree in (business) computer science or equivalent IT training with additional qualifications.
  • Proven consulting and project experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
  • Broad expertise in the CRM ecosystem.
  • A proactive customeroriented mindset coupled with a sense of responsibility.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
