Job Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Llangefni Gwynedd. As part of our vibrant and growing veterinary practice you will provide exceptional veterinary care to animals while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Job Title: Veterinary Surgeon
Location: Llangefni Gwynedd
Working Hours: Aran Vet Clinic is a modern practice in Llangefni in the middle of the beautiful Isle of Anglesey a well known holiday destination with glorious beaches and access to the mountains and scenery of Snowdonia. Our team are often found swimming in the sea and lakes running over the mountains or simply enjoying a dog walk on the beach. There are excellent road and rail links to the rest of the country and Holyhead port for ferries to Ireland is only 20 minutes away If city life is more your scene were only a few hours from Liverpool and Manchester.
Salary: Up to 64000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine examinations diagnostics and treatments on a variety of animals.
  • Conduct surgical procedures as needed including spaying neutering and other minor surgeries.
  • Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care feeding and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient histories treatments and progress.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Compassionate and caring approach to animals.
