Execute procedures in accordance with required standards maintaining cleanliness and appearance guidelines.
Perform retail and additional product sales.
Provide posttreatment advice based on guest complaints and inform the reception department about products for delivery to guests.
Continuously recommend followup treatment programs and additional product sales to guests.
Be knowledgeable about all therapeutic procedures packages and discount campaigns.
Ensure all procedures are provided according to company protocols and standards as taught during training while accommodating specific guest requests.
Conduct detailed consultations with each guest identifying their medical history and complaints.
Move quietly and carefully in hallways and treatment rooms to maintain guest comfort.
Use products in the recommended amounts as advised by the manufacturer and do not exceed these quantities.
Maintain an adequate quantity of towels and products in treatment rooms ensuring tools are filled and kept clean and tidy in line with company standards.
Adhere to proper opening and closing procedures for treatment rooms and report any repair needs directly to the supervisor.
Provide highstandard service and care to guests paying attention to small details in accordance with company protocols.
Regularly record guest preferences participate in updating their profiles and share this information with other team members.
Ensure the confidentiality of all information including medical details and any other information provided by the guest.
Immediately report any guest complaints to the direct supervisor.
Provide guests with professional hygienic and safe procedures regularly updating knowledge in this area and participating in all required training sessions as directed by the direct supervisor.
Ensure the daily cleanliness sterilization and hygiene of equipment procedure rooms linens and guest areas.
Always act responsibly towards personal safety as well as the safety of other employees and guests.
Understand and comply with all internal instructions policies and procedures.
Maintain the required appearance and personal hygiene standards in line with the companys expectations.
Adhere to LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards stay informed and participate in relevant training.
Comply with the companys health and safety regulations create a safe working environment and be familiar with all safety and emergency procedures.
