Job Description
As the Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader you will lead and manage a team of veterinary professionals ensuring the delivery of highquality care to our patients. You will play a key role in overseeing the daytoday operations mentoring and developing team members and maintaining clinical excellence. This role offers flexible and remote working options allowing you to balance leadership responsibilities with a great worklife balance.
Location: Liverpool
Salary:prorata (including allowance) per annum
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Contract: PartTime Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the veterinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Oversee clinical decisionmaking ensuring best practices are followed in both medical and surgical cases.
- Mentor and guide team members helping them grow in their roles.
- Manage the scheduling daytoday operations and team workflow.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Participate in the recruitment and development of veterinary staff.
- Engage in internal CPD programs and contribute to the professional growth of the team.
Working Hours:
- 22.5 hours per week parttime position.
- Flexible and remote working options available.

Requirements:
- MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior veterinary role.
- Strong clinical skills in both medical and surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational abilities.
- A compassionate approach to patient care and team management.
- Commitment to continuous professional development for yourself and your team.
