Job Description
This wellestablished RCVSaccredited and nurse training veterinary practice located in South West Surrey are looking for a Lead Vet to manage the branch. The practice has undergone significant refurbishment and now consists of three fully equipped units including a small waiting area two consult rooms a staff room an office an xray room a dental suite a theatre and prep area. In addition they also offer separate dog and heated cat kennels and plenty of parking is available onsite. The practice is surrounded by lovely coffee shops and on the foot of the Surrey Hills with excellent transport links

The Role
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team. This is a fulltime role working 40 hours per week over 4 days with 1:3 Saturday mornings (with time off in lieu). You will be leading a supportive team in delivering highquality veterinary care and services. Ideally you will be a strong GP with an interest in Surgery or Dentistry and will ideally have some previously leadership experience.

An experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a proven track record in GP practice
A particular interest in dentistry or surgery
Ideally some leadership or management experience with a passion for mentoring and team development
Strong communication skills and a clientfocused approach
A dedication to delivering excellent clinical standards and patient care
