Job Description
GLG Vets is seeking a skilled and passionate Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join a wellestablished veterinary practice in Leeds West Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a practice known for its supportive and friendly environment. The position is available starting from 1st January 2025.
Start Date: 1st January 2025
Duration: 1 month to ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality veterinary care including consultations and surgeries
- Work a mix of routine and emergency cases offering a variety of cases that will keep you engaged and challenged
- Collaborate with a team of experienced veterinary nurses and admin staff to ensure the smooth running of the practice
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Working Hours:
- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Shifts: 8:30 AM 7:00 PM
- Weekends: Shared Saturday rota
Support Provided:
- Youll be working alongside a highly experienced and friendly team who will provide support throughout your tenure
- The practice is equipped with excellent facilities and resources to aid in the delivery of quality care
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon (RCVS registered)
- Previous experience in a small animal practice is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care
- The ability to work well within a team and independently
