About the Role:
GLG Vets is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a skilled and passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving veterinary practice in Basildon Essex. This position offers a balanced worklife schedule with a 4day week and 1 in 4 weekend shifts. Youll be part of a dynamic and supportive team where your professional growth is a priority.
Veterinary Surgeon Basildon Essex
Salary: Up to 70000 depending on experience
FullTime: 4day week 1 in 4 weekends 40hour rota
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality medical and surgical care to a diverse caseload.
- Deliver exceptional client service and build strong relationships with pet owners.
- Collaborate closely with an experienced team of 14 vets and a highly trained nursing team.
- Participate in oncall and weekend rota as part of the 1 in 4 rotation.
About the Team:
This practice boasts a large wellestablished team of 14 vets including surgical and medical certificate holders. Several others are currently pursuing their certificates in cardiology and medicine. Youll also benefit from working alongside a dedicated nursing team many of whom are schedule 3 and imaging trained with a number holding postgraduate certificates. The practice is further enhanced by a Hydrotherapist Physiotherapist and 12 Client Care Advisers making it a comprehensive and supportive environment for both staff and clients.
