Job Description
As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon you will take the lead in providing exceptional care to our patients working closely with a newly appointed Practice Manager Head RVN and a highly experienced nursing team. Your expertise will help drive the high standards of clinical care and contribute to the growth and success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the veterinary team ensuring highquality patient care and clinical excellence
- Perform routine and complex surgeries and medical procedures
- Provide leadership and support to junior vets and nursing staff
- Foster a positive and collaborative environment within the practice
- Maintain and develop client relationships to ensure the continued success of the practice
Skills and Experience:
- RCVS registered veterinary surgeon
- Proven experience in a senior clinical role with strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for veterinary care
- Ability to mentor and inspire colleagues maintaining a positive and professional working environment
Working Hours & Benefits:
- Salary up to 90000
- 4 weekdays per week
- 1 in 6 weekend rota
