Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide a thorough consultation to assess your guests ideal image evaluating face shape hair texture and athome maintenance preferences.
- Perform individualized services to achieve the guests ideal cut or style using cutting and styling techniques and products.
- Educate your guests on achieving their look at home using the salons product lines and recommended styling techniques.
- Build relationships with guests and make prebooking recommendations to attain guest retention.
- Continuously grow your technical skills and compensation through our level system focusing on continuing education guest retention and delivery of athome care recommendations.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years hair dressing / styling experience required
- Related Hair Stylist certification
- Make up training / experience an asset
