Job Description

About the Role
We are working with a wellestablished veterinary practice in Calne Wiltshire seeking a dedicated and passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. The role involves a mix of consultations and surgeries offering a varied and rewarding workload. You will work alongside a supportive team and be provided with excellent facilities including dental Xray ultrasound and an inhouse laboratory.

Location: Calne Wiltshire
Salary:per year
Hours: 4 days per week or parttime 23 days a week Monday Friday (8:30 am 6:30 pm) plus 1:3 Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations and provide highquality care to clients and patients.
  • Perform surgeries and routine procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of experienced veterinary professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high standard of animal welfare.

About You
You will be an enthusiastic and dedicated veterinary professional with a passion for animal care. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A veterinary qualification (MRCVS) and be registered with the RCVS.
  • Experience in both consultations and surgery with a strong desire to learn and develop your skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to animal care.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and the desire to contribute to the practices success.
