Job Description

GLG Vets are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a skilled Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join a wellestablished practice in SouthendonSea Essex. This role offers flexibility with 2 to 4 days per week allowing you to manage your worklife balance while earning a competitive day rate of 450. The practice is modern wellequipped and dedicated to providing outstanding care for their patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide highquality veterinary care across consultations diagnostics and treatments
  • Perform surgeries and routine procedures
  • Offer excellent client communication and support
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate effectively with the practice team to deliver exceptional care

Skills & Experience:

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
  • At least 2 years postgraduate experience
  • Competence in both consultations and surgical procedures
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to client care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
