Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Braintree Essex. This role is ideal for candidates seeking fulltime parttime or jobshare arrangements.
The Role:
- FullTime: Typically 4 days per week.
- Flexible Working: Open to discussing parttime hours job shares or other working patterns to suit your needs.
- Weekend Rota: 1 in 4 which includes sole charge responsibility.
- Custom Arrangements: Were open to exploring alternative schedules such as the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off model previously used by one of our vets.
What We Offer:
- Salary: Up to 65000 (pro rata) negotiable based on experience.

- Memberships: Paid RCVS BVA and VDS memberships.
- Leave Entitlement: 5.6 weeks of annual leave increasing to 6.6 weeks after 2 years of service.
- Visa Support: Sponsorship available for eligible candidates.
