Job Description
Role Overview:
As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon you will play a key role in leading a team of 4 vets 6 nurses 3 receptionists and 2 practice managers. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of the practice while delivering excellent clinical care to a varied and loyal client base. The role offers excellent worklife balance with no Sundays or outofhours (OOH) duties required.
Job Type: Fulltime 4 days a week 1 in 3 Saturdays (No Sundays or OOH)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of veterinary professionals fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
- Deliver high standards of veterinary care for all patients
- Oversee clinical cases and offer mentorship to junior vets
- Build strong relationships with clients ensuring they receive exceptional service
- Manage the daytoday clinical operations of the practice

Requirements:
- RCVS registered and fully qualified veterinary surgeon
- Proven experience in clinical leadership
- A passion for mentoring and developing veterinary teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
