Job Description
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a wellestablished and supportive practice in Bridgend Mid Glamorgan. This role offers unmatched flexibility to suit your personal lifestyle whether youre interested in short or long days fulltime or parttime hours or taking a longer lunch for a stroll on the beach our practice is open to it all.
Salary:
A very competitive salary of up to 70000 depending on your experience.
Key Benefits:
- Annual leave of 28 days (including bank holidays) increasing to 33 days after 2 years of service (prorata).

- Paid memberships for RCVS BVA VDS.
- No outofhours (OOH) or overnight inpatient checks required.

Team & Support:
Youll be working alongside a highly experienced team consisting of:
- 2 Vets
- 4 Nurses (2 Students and 2 Qualified)
- 10 VCAs
- A separate reception team
- A very experienced Practice Manager
Ideal Candidate:
- Veterinary Surgeon with previous experience in a clinical setting.
- Passionate about animal care and delivering high standards of service.
- Flexible with an open approach to managing your worklife balance.
