Job Description
- Primary running of the bar area service taking food and drink orders and making drinks upon request
- Assess guest needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Have strong knowledge of local New Zealand wine and beer
- Maintaining a well presented well stocked and tidy bar area
- Be part of the guest experience providing amazing customer service
Qualifications :
- Outgoing personality is essential
- A minimum of 1 year experience bartending (hotel environment preferred but not required)
- Extensive knowledge of both local and international wines and cocktail mixology
- A naturally friendly demeanor that makes our guests feel right at home
- Proven professionalism and high level of grooming
