Job Title: Revenue Operations Manager
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 4000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
The Revenue Operations Manager will oversee Salesforce builds process development and project management. This role emphasizes expertise in Salesforce administration and offers leadership growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and contribute to building scalable systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ongoing Salesforce builds and customizations.
- Develop and document endtoend processes within Salesforce.
- Oversee project timelines and coordinate with consulting and internal teams.
- Analyze and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Provide training and support to ensure team members utilize Salesforce effectively.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in revenue operations or a related role.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent expertise.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with Airtable Asana Jira or similar tools.
- Experience in financial technology or lending.
