Job Description
Position: German Conversion Agent
Location: Bucharest Romania
Salary: 2000/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday 10 AM 7 PM (includes three 10minute breaks and a 1hour lunch)
Company Overview: Join our rapidly growing company that has been successfully operating in the market for over 7 years in Ukraine and recently established in Romania. We focus on delivering topnotch service in the forex industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through various channels to convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Provide exceptional customer support in German to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in German is a must; knowledge of English or Romanian is a plus.
- Sales experience is desirable but not mandatory; we welcome candidates willing to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivation to succeed in a fastpaced environment.
