Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join a busy wellequipped small animal practice in the Vale of Glamorgan. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic team environment while providing highquality care to pets in the local community.
Location: Vale of GlamorganSalary: 50000 to 55000 per annum
Employment Type: Fulltime (37 hours per week over 4 days 8:30 AM 6:30 PM with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 9:00 AM 1:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent care through consulting and performing surgeries.
- Working as part of a dedicated team including 3 Vets RVNs SVNs and Receptionists.
- Managing a wide range of medical and surgical cases offering a varied and fulfilling caseload.
- Utilising stateoftheart facilities including two operating theatres imaging dental xray and laser.
- Offering support and guidance to junior staff when required.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with RCVS registration.
- Experience in general practice and surgery is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for client care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
