Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Represent the organization in CCMA proceedings and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to management on industrial relations issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions and related documentation.
- Collaborate with HR teams to promote a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) is essential. A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Labour Law or Labour Relations is required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year experience dealing with disciplinary matters and CCMA proceedings.
- At least one (1) year of relevant Human Resource experience is necessary.
