About the Role:
This role involves manual and automated testing ensuring the quality functionality and reliability of software applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects while collaborating with talented professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing to ensure software functionality usability and performance meet specified requirements.
- Develop maintain and execute test cases and test plans based on requirements.
- Collaborate with developers product managers and business analysts to understand software features.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation and reports.
- Identify document and track software defects; verify bug fixes and ensure resolution.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for regression and functional testing.
- Perform performance load and stress testing; provide recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging testing tools and technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development process quality.
- Proactively suggest and implement process improvements for efficient testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing (manual and automated).
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies tools and best practices.
- Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium Appium JUnit or TestNG.
- Familiarity with version control and bug tracking systems.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and documentation skills.
- ISTQB or similar certifications are advantageous.
