Job Description
Korzen Health is working with the partnership of Healogics to find a Post Acute Nurse Practitioner in the Evansville IN.
We are looking to add an experienced NP to cover local SNFs 5 days per week. Procedure experience within the last 1 years is required. For example: sutures central lines intubations and anything that would be very specialized.
This is a fulltime 5 days/week position flexible hours. PostAcute Care wound care program located in Evansville IN . This is 100% wound care position. Training included.
This is a mobile position. We have 5 days of work in Evansville IN market. You will be traveling to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to provide wound care to patients.
Scope of Practice Includes:
- You will average around 1820 patients a day.
- Performing basic wound care (dressing changes chemical debridement) with some minor procedures.
- This will be a fulltime 5 days a week job. No Nights No Call No weekends. Flexible.
- Compensation Model is salary with RVU after 1 year.
- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner and Experience Requirements
- State License
- DEA License
- SNF or Wound Care Exp a Plus
- ED or Urgent Care experience is a plus!
- 1 year of NP experience is a must

- Compensation is a mixture of Solid Base Salary & Quarterly Bonus. BaseBonusRange of $115K$155K/year
