Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and handson CTO with a proven track record to lead the development of a secure scalable whitelabel cryptocurrency platform bridging traditional finance and crypto. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in fintech blockchain or a cryptocurrency company. This role requires a strong knowledge of AUSTRAC and FINTRAC regulations to implement toptier security standards (ISO 27001 PCI DSS). Location is Melbourne Australia (Officebased role).
Key Responsibilities
HandsOn Development: Design code and implement core platform features including cryptocurrency trading fiat integration and APIs.
Technical Leadership: Build and lead a small skilled tech team while ensuring highquality secure and scalable systems.
Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with AUSTRAC and FINTRAC regulations and implement toptier security standards (ISO 27001 PCI DSS).
Integration & Scalability: Integrate with banks payment systems and thirdparty tools and prepare the platform for global expansion.
Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to align tech initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in fintech blockchain or cryptocurrency platforms.
Understanding in blockchain and cryptocurrency platforms is a must.
Handson expertise in coding APIs and system architecture.
Strong knowledge of security and compliance frameworks.
Experience as a Full stuck development is a plus.
Startup experience is a plus.
