Software Engineer Frontend Development Specialist
Kansas City MO or Omaha NE
Expected Assignment Length: 6 Months

Position Overview:
Were seeking a senior to advanced level software engineer with strong frontend development expertise to join an innovative technology team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a cuttingedge design system while collaborating with UX designers and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead frontend development initiatives and component creation for an inhouse design system
- Collaborate with UX and graphic designers to create 508compliant web solutions
- Develop and maintain reusable components using modern frameworks
- Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Participate in fullstack development projects
- Create and maintain unit tests and automation frameworks
- Provide oncall support and troubleshooting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 610 years of relevant software development experience
- Bachelors degree in STEM field or equivalent experience
- Expertlevel proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript CSS and HTML
- Experience with Angular and componentbased architecture
- Strong knowledge of design tokens responsive design and SASS
- Expertise with Content Management Systems (Sitecore Wagtail)
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of AWS services and cloud security best practices
