Xenon Group is currently searching for an elite business development professional Fanatical Prospector and an A Player with a demonstrated track record of exceeding not only activity but also outcome metrics.

Scope:
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify prospective clients
Convert research into a messaging narrative that aligns to known and hypothesized buying triggers
Generate leads by engaging prospective buyers via cold call cold email and Linkedin to schedule qualified meetings
Identify the needs of prospective buyers
Build longterm trusting relationships with prospective buyers to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Schedule meetings between prospective clients and Xenon Group team leadership
Be accountable for weekly monthly and quarterly results
Maintain accurate and timely notes of all lead interactions within the CRM application
Participate in discovery meetings
Participate in weekly coaching and development meetings
Qualifications / Experience:
Have high proficiency in English within a business environment
Have been successful working for a U.S. based Tech company selling into U.S. prospects with a strong focus on cold calling
Experience with CRM and SEM software
Proficient with MS Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
Key Metrics:
Meeting volume: eight to 10 new sales qualified leads per month

Education Required:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is anticipated to be up to $34000 OnTargetEarning ($24000 base and $10000 variable).
The final offer may be determined by several factors including but not limited to the applicants experience knowledge skills abilities and internal team benchmarks.
