Job Description
Title: IT Consultant

Summary:
Our client is a market leader in Decorative Paints and Protective Coatings in Cambodia offering innovative and highquality products. The role involves providing daily IT support to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency by addressing ITrelated matters and incidents via Caretaker SMAX. This position is based in Phnom Penh and reports directly to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support by troubleshooting systems/software and assisting endusers with tickets and training.
- Stay updated on tech developments recommend solutions and ensure optimized use of technology.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for system installations and troubleshooting.
- Ensure maintenance contracts licenses and compliance reviews are uptodate.
- Manage incidents and service requests ensuring timely resolution per service levels.
- Drive digital transformation through training solution integration and business engagement.
- Offer 2ndlevel IT support to emerging markets ensuring efficient issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree ITIL Foundation and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office ITIL Foundation and strong English communication skills.
